We’ve been lucky enough to have our dogs included in print ads, commercials, billboards, and tv shows.  We don’t always find the final product but here are some of the things our dogs have done:

In October 2023 we began seeing the Johnston & Murphy ads which Viva shot in Brooklyn back in May. She was featured on their Facebook and Instagram pages, on their website, in the email ads and even in their stores!

In early August Viva was hired to do a photo shoot at an estate in New York. We were not told who the client was, everything was very secretive. When we arrived on set, I had to sign in and cover the camera on any of my devices. All we knew was that the client was from California. All the photos were taken with cell phones, so my hunch was that it was for some sort of cell phone technology. Knowing Apple releases new technology in September, that was my best guess. Sure enough, I found Viva on the video presentation for the new iPhone 15. Wouldn’t it have been nice if they gave us one after the photo shoot 🙂

Here is another high-end fashion shoot that Viva did in May 2023. I never did find the published shots but here are some behind the scenes photos.

Joy did her very first photo shoot in June 2023 for J. Crew. At just under 1 year, this young dog did awesome on the busy New York City streets. We haven’t found the pictures which were being published in September, but J. Crew was kind enough to share some pictures with the agency.

In September 2023 Viva could be seen on the Bloomingdale’s home page in a video clip. Don’t blink or you’ll miss her between the 26 and 28 second mark in the “Afternoon Errands” section. Here are some behind the scenes photos and videos so you can see more of Viva.

Viva was lucky enough to be chosen for another Bark Box shoot in December 2022. This time her photo would be on the box liner for the March 2023 Super Chewer Bark Box.

In April 2022 we spent the day at Bark Box, shooting pictures for their Super Chewer line.  This was for the summer theme box being released in July.  The photos started to appear on their website in June. Bark Box was kind enough to share all the photos once they were published.

In June 2021, Viva did a photo shoot in the streets of Manhattan for J.Crew.  We only found one ad but  have some behind the scenes pictures.  It was warm that day so Viva got to be under the shade with the rest of the talent.  It’s interesting to see what goes on behind the scenes.  In one photo you can see the photographer in the cart that they wheeled down the street next tot he model to get the shots.

In September 2020 Viva did a photo shoot for J.Jill women’s clothing in a beautiful location in eastern Long Island.  Look for her to appear in the catalog and social media (Facebook/Instagram) in January/February 2021.

We started seeing Viva’s ads on Facebook in late November 2020. She appeared in the catalog in late December and on the website as well.

In June 2019, Viva did a photo shoot for Garnet Hill.  She did multiple shots with the male model and one with a female model.  One photo started appeared in their email advertisements at the end of October as well as being posted on their website.  I’m waiting for the holiday catalog to come out to see if there are more of the photos.

Viva got an opportunity to shoot for my favorite, Coach!  The ad appeared in the outlet stores across the country in February 2019 as well as in promotional emails from Coach.  We shot outside in downtown NY near Wall Street.

Another modeling job for Viva for a new building being put up on West 61st Street in NYC.  We’ll be on the look out for those photos too.  Viva and the model should be shown looking out a window onto Central Park.

Viva did several different shots for Tempur-Pedic mattresses.  I had to teach her to put her head down on cue for this shoot.

One of Viva’s pictures for Macy’s came out in a holiday catalog in November. I’m still looking for the one with her in the bowtie.  We shot in a studio in New York and on location in New Jersey.

Viva appeared in a Target commercial which was released in September 2018.  It’s a Halloween themed commercial and she got to dress as a hot dog!  She’s at the 10 second mark of the clip.  Don’t blink or you’ll miss it.

We were on set for hours and I was proud of how well young Viva (6 months at the time) did with all our down time.

May 19, 2018.  Our newest addition Viva joined veteran, Sawyer on a job for the American Ballet Theatre.  It turned out to be a short film to promote their upcoming production of ‘Harlequinade’ running June 4-9 at the NY Metropolitan Opera House.

January 1, 2018.  We shot this video for Lane Bryant in New York City back in September and it’s finally been released.  The model was lovely and great with Sawyer.  Here’s the final video and some behind the scenes shots.

          

October 2017, we were eagerly awaiting the results of the shoot for MZ Wallace handbags.  It was a fun shoot and all of the shots looked adorable.  I love the final video they put together.  And these were really nice bags!

Fall 2017 Sawyer did a photo shoot for Target.  He was supposed to be in stores in the accessories section but I wasn’t able to find it.  Here are the behind the scenes shots.

Sawyer is in the July 2016 issue of Bloomberg Pursuits magazine.  We did the photo shoot with actor, Patrick Wilson.  What an extremely nice person he is!  He was great with Sawyer, which was super important to me.

In October 2014, Sawyer was filmed for a segment on the Last Week Tonight with John Oliver show.  The bit was that the dogs were representing all the supreme court justices.  Sawyer played a lawyer.  The costume designers from  Saturday Night Live made his suit and puppet paws/hands.

John Oliver also released all the footage and challenged people to use the footage with other dubbing.

There’s tons available on YouTube but my favorite is someone put the footage to the movie A Few Good Men.

In the Summer of 2014 my husband, Scott, released a game called Dungeon Dwellers and Sawyer was the inspiration for one of the characters called a Blink Dog and has his own card in the game.

In October 2014 we did a photo shoot for the American Kennel Club for them to use for their website.  Sawyer is the face you see when you want to find information on Weimaraners.

In March 2013, Sawyer posed for a Target billboard ad.  I never did get a picture of the billboard because it was in L.A. but here are some shots from the photo shoot.  He had to pose in several different hats.

In January 2014 Sawyer was in posters all over the NYC subways in an ad for a Comedy Central show called Workaholics.

Sawyer was in the January/February issue of AKC Family Dog magazine.

In September 2013, Sawyer appeared in a Banana Republic ad.

On August 23, 2010, Sawyer shot a public service announcement video with trainer extraordinaire, Victoria Stillwell!  I never did find a copy of the video.

In December 2009 we found the Maybelline commercial we shot with Sawyer, Brooke and Sharon.  Don’t blink or you’ll miss them at the end.

In September 2009 Sawyer and Brooke joined Jack Impomeni and I, representing the Garden State Weimaraner Club, on the local tv show Pet Stop.
